Step 6: User Training
Educating users on how to best use External IT is crucial to our success. Although the system has been designed to be simple and logical, we've found that an initial 20-minute orientation/training session is incredibly helpful, even for the most tech-savvy users.

The training session is designed to ensure that all users:

• Know how to access all of their programs
• Are aware of all of External IT's exclusive features
• Understand the difference between local and hosted software
• Know how to log in from anywhere
• Know how to get user support anytime

After the initial training session, our support technicians are always available to answer your questions as they arise.
