This means that you can offer your clients a complete outsourced IT department without worrying about service delivery, operations, support, training, and migrations.
How we team
You'll maintain complete control over your client and sales process, receive marketing collateral, sales tools, templates, data sheets and demo credentials to ensure your success. We'll support you during the entire sales process, whether it's crafting pricing proposals or addressing technology and infrastructure concerns.
When you win a new client, submit the signed the paperwork and the deployment begins. External IT is responsible for infrastructure provisioning, system deployment, client migration, training, and ongoing support services. This way, you can focus on finding profitable new opportunities and grow your practice.
Many of our agents sell External IT alongside other services such as telephony, internet connectivity, solutions development, consulting services, and so on. External IT will deliver a perfectly tailored, hosted IT solution matching their technology, budgetary and operational requirements, while exceeding their expectations.
General partnership terms
Resellers receive 10% of MRR for the contract term. The criteria for Resellers are similar to what you will find in similar reseller programs. Of course, the quality of our organization coupled with the technological advantages of OS33 make this unlike other opportunities.
