A Hosted Hybrid Cloud. By combining dedicated servers with multi-tenant cloud services, you have the power and flexibility of a private cloud with the cost advantages of multi-tenancy (shared resources).

Infrastructure specifics are entirely up to you.

Portal Desktop

The platform that lets you and your staff easily orchestrate, and manage, fully-featured cloud-based IT. 

Collaboration

This includes integrated IM, presence awareness, announcements, SharePoint, full-featured MS Exchange, and Blackberry/ActiveSync synchronization, Shared Shortcuts, an employee directory, co-authoring/screen-sharing, and more.

Security and
Availability

Rigorous backup, retention, and replication. Hourly snapshots of data, and daily backup with flexible retention.  Optional managed disaster recovery plan.  Complete and seamless failover to a secondary site is available.  Two Factor authentication optional.

Support

24 x 7 Help Desk for all end users. External IT acts as a frontline Help Desk for all end users with various available plans.  An on-site technician can be dispatched upon request.  Dedicated technical account manager.
