External IT hosted services are of course in the cloud, so there is little to go wrong onsite. Local hardware is only used for accessing the Internet, launching a browser, and connecting to your company’s private, cloud-enabled workspace via the OS33 Portal.
Occasionally, there are issues having to do with network connectivity, local/network printing, deep OS system conflicts, spyware, viruses, or local hardware failure.

On those rare occasions when your local technology decides that it’s not your friend, we can quickly dispatch expert engineers. We work with a network of IT support service companies from coast-to-coast. We can almost always provide same day, or next morning service, anywhere in the country. The External IT Help Desk takes ownership of the case and oversees the dispatched onsite engineer until the problem is fixed and the case is closed.
They’ll work in collaboration with our Help Desk support team, and together track and resolve the problem. If needed, we can order replacement parts and report the problem to the warranty vendor.
