Kramer is a colorful personality, who wears many hats, but is primarily responsible for making sure that OS33, the External IT cloud hosting platform, adds capabilities that best support our client’s needs, and continues to set the global standard for cloud platforms specifically designed for small and midsize companies.
Should you work with Kramer you’ll discover that his technical IQ is considerable, extending even beyond what his CV would suggest: ARPAnet installation and maintenance for the Department of Defense, Senior Manager of Global Network and Helpdesk Services for Alcatel. Head of global technology operations and engineering and Cloud Services development for DataReturn, now part of Terremark.
He has served as Vice President of Sales Engineering and Client Services for Incentra Solutions as well as Senior Vice President of Product Development for SourceCorp, a leading business process SaaS provider.
Should Jeopardy ever host a night where their topics are WAN/LAN, VoIP, IVR, Unified Messaging, Automated System Deployment and Talk Texan, Kramer will own the board. And should the folks at Jeopardy wish to launch a collaborative, secure, easy-to-administer cloud-based virtual workforce game, he’ll wrap that up, too--possibly over the span of the commercial breaks.
