The OS33 Portal Desktop happily works with all applications, Windows-based, web-based and custom apps.

You can post a shortcut to a file, website or folder, for yourself, a specific department of the entire company. You can link to expensive reports, requisition orders, ESPN, whatever you like.

Your email is naturally here as well. It's a single click to full Outlook, OWA, Gmail, and other email options.

You can post company or department announcements. "QuickBooks training tomorrow at noon." Or, "Who is bringing the potato salad to thi's year's company picnic?"

Phone numbers. Email addresses. One click away. You can even see who is logged in.

Two or more people can work on the same document with full mouse control.

You can open a file in WebOffice or in a hosted session.

This is built into the portal. No complicated embedding required.

Cloick your Helpdesk object and your Help Options menu appears. You can post an email ticket or phone for help. If you're a portal Administrator, the portal will also track all of your company's Helpdesk activity.

This enables staff to track the status of their Help Desk requests. It also enables your OS33. Administrator to monitor all the Helpdesk activity in your company.

You don't have to log out entirely. You can also disconnect from sessions temporarily, they reconnect when you're ready.

Here you can add pages, objects, control sizing, and overall page presentation.

The feeds you read and watch can be easily added.
