Application QoS with Custom Monitoring
In order to know precisely what needs to be managed with a custom application, we inventory each one to identify all of its dependencies. We integrate this information into a custom tracking management application, along with a custom interface showing all components that need to work in order to achieve an optimum level of performance.
To make it easy to monitor, we have a live dashboard that shows you the health and status of all systems relating to a custom application. We offer this service to our clients at a fixed cost.

Streamlined self-service application administration console
With External IT we provide you with a self-service administration console enabling you to remotely manage all of your IT resources for all of users. Our self-service admin console features granular, policy-based application access control so you can manage individual users, groups, applications, permissions, profiles, security and folder access rights.
Controlled access
You can grant or deny access and information use by automating and centralizing password management.
Multi-factor authentication
You can add an extra layer of security for user authentication. After someone logs in, you can send a text messages to their profiled cell phone with a uniquely generated second password that they’ll need to enter before gaining access to the system.
