These greatly shorten the time it takes for someone to perform all of the most common IT administration tasks. Unlike a Hosted Desktop, whose features need to be assembled from scratch, all of this functionality is already built into the OS33 Portal Desktop.

This allows authorized users access to other users' personal folders. You can also control read/write capabilities within a specified directory (or directories).

Configure and manage user password attributes, capabilities and limitations. Control log in access, privacy levels, required password resets, even each user's permission to reset their own password.

You can also control security code lifetime, time zone/location access, and group memberships. All this, done in minutes.

Manage email aliases and reply to addresses, forward emails to outside accounts, set up email address templates, resource mailboxes, public folders and distribution lists.
